For security reasons all orders are shipped in mail

Continent: up to 1-3 business days after acceptance.

Wood: between 3 and 5 business days, after acceptance.

Azores: between 5 and 15 business days, after acceptance.

Next business day delivery until 7 pm.

CTT - Europe

Europe 3 and 15 business days after, acceptance.

EMS - Europe

10 and 45 business days after acceptance, may take longer depending on the service

customs authorities.

Orders are also placed outside Portugal, however

The shipment is always made by registered mail, via CTT International, EMS

nternacional,as soon as the order is sent the Customer is informed by e-mail from the

registration number, in order to be able to carry out the transport.

Please be informed that the order may be subject to payment of fees

depending on the country of destination and the value of the order, PCBest

is not responsible for these costs, the Customer must inform the Customer of the

Damaged Order Receipt

All items are packed at PCBest with the utmost care and go protected

Order Cancellation

Orders are cancelled when:

a) it is the Customer's will, and it expresses the request to us by e-mail.

(b) after 5 days,if the order is not paid by the

customer, or if the receipt of the customer is not received.

When a Customer registers their order in the PCBest online store, the product(s)

do not immediately leave online stock, nor are they reserved for that Customer or

this information is only updated after the customer's payment has been validated,

when the order is processed.

Non-acceptance of the order

PCBestreserves the right not to accept the order if it considers that there is a bad

conduct by the buyer or any inconsistency in the personal data recorded.

Out-of-catalog orders

If you want a product that is not available in our store, you may

order this product at a 50% sign ofthe total value of the product.

All materials are guaranteed 24 months.

Except:

Used Material - From 1 month (one month) to 6 months depending on the product

Warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

The warranty does not cover:

Wear, poor installation/assembly/use (installation/assembly is of the

buyer's responsibility).

The warranty period is indicated on the warranty sheet, which is

shipped along with the purchased material.

All products sold by PCBest are properly labeled.

Products automatically lose warranty if the label is

removed or damaged

Breakdowns within the Warranty period.

In case of malfunction within the warranty period, you should contact PCBest

The assistance service can be done:

1) through PCBest's services or

2) by the technical service of the equipment manufacturer.

Never send products to PCBest without prior agreement, as they will not be

under no circumstances received.

Orders returned to collection will not be accepted.

Warranty Procedures made by PCBest

- Request approval by e-mail:vendas@pcbest.pt

- Send the goods well packed, with the warranty sheet or copy

invoice to the office address, the customer pays the cost of the

Return.

- The goods after receipt will be checked to confirm the breakdown,

your equipment will be forwarded to the official service centre of the

respective manufacturer.

Regardless of whether the equipment is guaranteed or not, where this

Return / Exchanges :

Exchanges and Returns (Online Purchases)

The Customer may, within 14 days,upon receipt of the product, proceed

return.

Within the same period, the Customer may make a complaint of any parts

departures or poor state of conservation.

Complaints should be sent to PCBestvia e-mail to the

address vendas@pcbest.pt. In the complaint, the Customer shall explain the

situation, always mentioning the order number. PCBest

inform the Customer of how he/she should return the

goods, assuming the Customer the return costs and the costs of

a new delivery.

The transportation for the return is the sole responsibility of the Customer, the

PCBest advises sending returns by registered mail, and

is not liable for loss or damage caused in the carriage of the

returned material, and the exchange or return may not be made in these

Cases.

Never send products to PCBest,without the prior consent,

material without return authorization will not be received in any case.

Orders returned to collection will not be accepted.

Conditions for the exchange and return of New items:

The product should be in the NOVO state,just as it received it

(in a position to be sold in the new state to another Customer)

You must send us the item properly packed, with packaging

original, to the address of the office.

After receiving the return, by our services PCBest:

(a) a technical check of the state of the product shall be carried out, such as the

verification of compliance with the conditions described above.

b) If everything is in conformity, it will be issued and sent to your address or

e-mail address, a credit note of the corresponding amount.

You can choose to refund the value of your order:

You can choose to use the amount on credit on upcoming orders.

In this case, it is sufficient that in any subsequent order, indicate that you want to

de-account credit.

If the Customer chooses a refund, the same will be done by PCBest between

03-05 days after receipt of the NIB indicated by the Client.

Returns are only made by bank transfer.

The refund will refer only to the value of the returned item. Expenses

are NOT refundable.

Some items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and therefore in the event of

defect, should be sent to PCBest.
